Member Authority & Representation
All members of USPD who are active or former law-enforcement, military, or public-safety professionals derive any legal authority solely from their respective employing agencies and official assignments, in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
No member is authorized to represent themselves as acting on behalf of USPD in any official, governmental, or law-enforcement capacity.

Purpose of the Organization
