Our Mission
Our mission is to preserve public order, prevent violence, and ensure lawful and safe demonstrations through measured, tactical, and professional riot-control operations. We work to identify emerging threats, isolate violent actors, and protect peaceful participants and bystanders while minimizing the need for force.

Key Responsibilities
Intelligence & Threat Assessment
Gathering real-time information to guide deployment, formations, and tactical decision-making.
Collaborating with federal, regional, and international partners during large-scale events.
Monitoring movements of extremist groups, violent agitators, and organized riot actors.
Public-Order Operations
Deploying to protests, demonstrations, and civil unrest incidents to maintain order and prevent escalation.
Using structured formations, shields, protective equipment, and less-lethal tools to manage crowds and disperse violent groups.
Isolating and arresting individuals engaged in violence, property destruction, or attacks on the public.
Targeted Enforcement & Arrest Operations
Conducting precision snatch-and-grab operations against violent instigators within crowds.
Executing high-risk arrests of individuals identified through surveillance, intelligence, or ongoing investigations.
Supporting broader USPD SOD operations when civil-unrest threats intersect with criminal enterprises.
Community Safety & Critical Infrastructure Protection
Safeguarding government facilities, businesses, and vital public infrastructure during unrest.
Coordinating evacuation routes, protected corridors, and rapid response lanes for medical and fire services.
Ensuring safe separation between peaceful demonstrators and violent groups seeking confrontation.
Specialized Tactical Support
Providing reinforcement to SWAT, CID, and Patrol during major disturbances.
Deploying specialized assets such as mobile barriers, armored vehicles, and tactical arrest teams.
Acting as a quick reaction force (QRF) during large events, dignitary visits, or high-risk gatherings.
