Integrated Response. Unified Protection.

The United States Police Department (USPD) Public Safety Division (PSD) is a specialized branch that integrates law enforcement, fire & rescue, and emergency medical services (EMS) under one unified mission: to protect life, property, and community through rapid, coordinated, and multidisciplinary response.

Our Public Safety Officers are cross-trained professionals — fully certified law enforcement officers with additional qualifications as Firefighters, Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), and Rescue Specialists. This unique capability allows the department to deliver comprehensive response solutions to a wide range of emergencies, from active incidents and structure fires to vehicle accidents, hazardous materials situations, and mass-casualty events.

Integrated Response Model

The USPD Public Safety Department’s integrated model bridges the traditional gap between policing and emergency services, ensuring that every scene — whether criminal, medical, or environmental — receives immediate, coordinated, and effective action.

By combining law enforcement discipline with fire-rescue precision and medical expertise, our officers embody the principle of total public safety — capable of saving lives, stopping threats, and stabilizing crises until specialized reinforcements arrive.
