Key Responsibilities
Field Training Program (FTP) – A structured, multi-phase program that prepares new officers for solo patrol duties.
Tactical & Decision-Making Training – Teaching critical skills such as de-escalation, use of force, crisis intervention, and tactical awareness.
Scenario-Based Learning – Realistic training exercises that simulate high-risk incidents, traffic stops, investigations, and public interactions.
Performance Evaluation & Mentorship – Continuous assessment and coaching to refine officer skills and decision-making.
Advanced Training for Experienced Officers – Specialized courses for lateral transfers, promotional candidates, and officers pursuing leadership roles.
